We succeeded in launching the self-financing and food self-sufficiency program through the cultivation of cabbage, sweet potatoes and maize

In Luvungi, we harvested tonnes of cabbage and maize, which helped us to combat poverty, hunger and malnutrition and promote agri-business.

This was Dr Luc MULIMBALIMBA MASURURU’s vision to see the MHCD create and launch socio-economic activities and self-financing in order to take care of itself in the years to come.

This programme will continue, and we plan to plant in season A, i.e. in September 2024.
